A few days ago, Hyundai released a set of official maps of KONA Jayde Concept. The car is positioned as a small SUV and is a concept car. The car is equipped with a series of modified kits such as suitcase and bicycle rack, which is very suitable for the popular "4+2" travel mode. The car is responsible for long-distance trekking, and the bicycle is used for short-distance play or cross-country riding. The car is expected to be unveiled at the SEMA modification exhibition.


Externally, the car adopts a cross-border style design, with a large area of frosted black fender at the lower enclosure and the wheel arch on the side of the car. The triangular headlights are very unique in shape, and the design of the triangular diversion groove makes this car a bit more sci-fi futuristic. In addition, this car uses a unique blue paint, similar to Tiffany Blue, which is officially called "Robin Egg Blue".

From the rear of the car, the roof is equipped with a luggage rack, and a large-capacity suitcase is installed. The suitcase adopts a streamlined design, which can reduce the drag coefficient. A bicycle frame is installed at the rear of the bicycle frame, which is equipped with a Vintage Electric Rally electric bicycle of the same color as the body, and the rear of the bicycle frame is equipped with additional taillights to improve driving safety.

In the interior, the car adopts Recaro Sportster CS sports seat, the higher side wings can provide sufficient lateral support when cornering, and the seat adopts the exclusive robin egg blue checkered pattern, which echoes the external paint. In other respects, it is consistent with the ordinary version, equipped with a three-spoke steering wheel and a dual 12.3-inch panoramic display.

The power parameters of the car have not been announced. Referring to the ordinary version, the car will provide 2.0L and 1.6T engines in the North American market, with the maximum power of 149 HP and 198 HP respectively. The 2.0L engine will match the CVT gearbox, and the 1.6T engine will match the 8-speed automatic gearbox, and a four-wheel drive version will be provided. The pure electric version will provide 48.6, 48.4 and 64.8kWh batteries in North America, with cruising range of 317km and 418km respectively. At the same time, it supports 400V fast charging, and it takes 43 minutes to charge 10%-80%.
