Q1: Where is your company?

A: We are located in Xiamen China.

Q2: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We have our own factory for inner refit, and service trading for body kit.

Q3: What is the MOQ?

A: We accept sample order and MOQ as 1 piece.

Q4: Do you have stock or make to Order?

A: We keep some stock for hot sales.

Q5: How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 7 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. And the shipment depends on down payment as well.

Q6: What Can I Return?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

Q7:How to Clarify Shipping Damage?

A: Xiamen Kench packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. The buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and detect in time any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. The buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse a shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Xiamen Kench from any further damage claims. The discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. All damages must be notified to the carrier and the seller within 24 hours.
