Car A-class Ambient Light

● Remove the two T30 screws from the arrow, and pry up from the bottom with a thin plastic pry plate to remove the door panel.

● Loosen the screws in the red circle and remove the small wooden board.

● Use diagonal pliers, electric soldering iron or cutting machine to remove the plastic welding points of the decorative panel without ambient light of the original car. Use the same method to remove the welding points of the central control decorative panel and replace it with the decorative strip with ambient light.

● Use an electric soldering iron to weld the decorative panel with ambient light. If it feels not firm, you can also use hot melt glue to reinforce it.

● Install our light source lamp head. When plugging in the lamp, pay attention to whether the lamp head is inserted in place and whether the chip inside is facing the middle of the light strip. Use tape to tie it together with the original car line to prevent pulling and causing the lamp head to fall off.

● From the inside of the car, pass the extension line of the door panel ambient light from the door hose into the door panel, and plug it with our ambient light line. The door panel ambient light is installed.

● There are two T20 screws in the red circle. After removing it, lift it up to remove the original car instrument screen.

● Use a pry plate to pry out the air outlets on both sides first. Just pry it directly. There are no screws inside. If there is also an additional air outlet atmosphere light, the air outlet in the middle can be removed directly by plugging it in.

● Remove the instrument atmosphere light wooden board. There are no screws inside. The instrument atmosphere light wooden board is welded with our company's atmosphere light strip in the same way as the atmosphere light board of the car door. When installing the wires, the wiring harness is divided into upper and lower instruments. Pay attention to distinguish the three lamp heads from the lower instrument.

● The wiring harness comes out from the hole in the left picture. Pay attention to distinguish the upper and lower instruments. When installing the atmosphere light board, pay attention to the lamp head and the lamp tube are inserted in place:

● The light bar on the instrument is aligned with the reflective paper. The reflective paper is attached to the right air outlet. Use the principle of reflective paper to make the light bar on the instrument brighter and more evenly illuminated.

●To insert the lamp head, insert one end diagonally from the side and then insert the other end. Do not insert the lamp head flatly directly, otherwise the light strip will be easily broken.

●To remove the saddle, first use a small screwdriver to push forward from the three holes at the arrow point to remove the armrest box switch trim. After removing it, remove the two screws inside.

●Use a pry plate to pry out the leather part, which has three screws. Remove the two screws under the armrest box switch and the three screws inside this one, a total of five screws, and lift up to remove the entire saddle. (Note that the original car's armrest box light and water cup light are very tight. When removing, use a small flat head to pry open the shell first. Do not pull directly, otherwise it is easy to break the original car's light strip)

●Our company's transparent light strip is stuck on both sides of the inside of the saddle. The original car has a reserved slot. The four lamp heads of our company's ambient light are stuck on the transparent light guide bar, and the lamp head line passes from the front side of the saddle to the right foot pit.

●Remove the five screws in the left picture, the plastic guard plate of the passenger door sill, the right triangle plate, and the footwell guard plate, then you can pull up the passenger carpet and find the fuse. The power supply of our ambient light module is connected to F142, and the module is also fixed near here.

●Find the STERN plug in the SAM module on the back of the fuse. The purple CAN line on our ambient light module is connected to pin 18. White is connected to pin 8.
